I found there was an interesting contrast between beliefs which say, it's all in the mind, like mainstream psychiatry and Buddhism, and beliefs which hold that the universe is big and we are just a small part of it. The first can be strangely comforting and focus you on finding your own methods to do things, while the second maybe feel more normal with a perspective on the physical world. It's difficult to choose between them, especially after experiencing psychosis which does tend to provide evidence for the 'big world' viewpoint.
But yes, I do agree on the multidimensional nature of human beings, and the fact that most of the universe seems to be alive, whether you adhere to the 'little world' or 'big world' views, and it is an interesting article and website.
