I wanted to know if anyone else thinks their hallucinations are spiritual.
I think they are. One time I spilled some markers and the way they moved seemed like they each had a life of their own.
It was as if I were God and the markers, pens, and pencils were people. Some for special use. Some for other uses. All good.
That's an example of what my hallucinations are like. Psychosis is a strange thing.

My personal opinion - i think it is all highly individual, in depth & complex what is going on with psychosis & i see it from a whole person perspective - i think that there are biological, psychogenic, sociological & spiritual aspects to it all.
We don't have a complete enough picture of it all.

I thought there were spiritual aspects for me - and if that is the case, is "hallucinations" the right word?

Yes, visions is better - or "experiences."
