What we need is a good war that wipes out about 90% of mankind. A bit drastic

What remained would be small pockets of people isolated with limited resources. We'd have to go back to the hunter-gatherer times when everyone was happy.

What we need is a good war that wipes out about 90% of mankind. Logically it's a totally unsustainable Global system - the future is anyone's guess - But sometime over the next 200 years this is very very likely whatever the cause.

If we had a war that wiped out 90% of mankind, we wouldn't have to stand in the rain to catch a bus.

If we had a war that wiped out 90% of mankind, we wouldn't have to stand in the rain to catch a bus. Just as well, the rain would probably be like acid after a war like that.

Yes, there would be drawbacks, but the beautiful future is worth it, unless you got a toothache, or you appendix burst.
