Dreams

I had some dreams last night, one was about a bowl of strawberries I had plucked and washed. I was just sitting down to eat them, when I noticed one was turning brown, then another. They all rotted into mush before my eyes before I could eat even a single one. 

Another dream was about the inside of a house... I was interested in music and I was trying to hook up some CD players. I wasn’t having much luck but then I noticed an old tape deck. There was still a tape inside which in very faded script said “Brighton communion”.

Last night I had a dream and during it I was walking with people (I think my family) along a kind of promenade. There were these blue and white Victorian style covered seating benches (like two long benches back to back with a wall between and a roof on top with ornate swirls.
While we walked I noticed feathers on the floor, they were large and white with one or two large black spots. They fell in a straight line and we followed them discussing what kind of bird might have lost them.
Somebody talked about a Cuckoo because the baby bird pushes the other birds from the nest.
The feathers appeared to stop, but after a few paces there were even more. As we walked to the end of one of the benches the feathers went around to the end and stopped.
I looked up and there was a nearly bald owl, shivering and almost dead. My daughter picked up a blanket and wrapped it round the owl so that we could warm it up and try to nurse it back to health.

Well I dreamt about Ken Livingstone last night. He was invited to talk to us (It was either at school or at uni.. I am thinking school as someone I went there with was sitting at the table) and we sat round a table. We were talking about animal suffering and Eastern culture; Ken asked if any of us knew what 'Wahabi' meant and I said it was an item of clothing worn by Asian women, making myself look like an idiot (I was showing off as the two other girls were not left wing or interested in Eastern cultures). Also before that I was kissing David Cameron which was strange, have never liked him as a person or looks wise. We were in a relationship apparently. Then some rapper guy turned up and went off with the cool kids from the school.

Anyhow in the dream I knew there was something not quite right about my 'relationship' with David Cameron. But I just got on with it. I didn't say much to Ken Livingstone but wanted to impress him. I knew I was out of my depth as he had much more knowledge than me on whatever we were talking about.

Last week I had a dream about kissing John McDonnell and Jeremy Corbyn. This week it is David Cameron. That is a sharp swing to
the right in one week. I wonder who I am going to kiss next in my dreams, it won't be pleasant if that pattern continues..

I was thinking more of Hitler or Trump.. both as horrendous as each other..

But he sounds bad enough.. He makes me think of a shady Whitehall mandarin that orders the murder of thousands of people. So is in the right job as one of the Tory MPs, who consistently vote for such orders through 'welfare reform', public services cuts or bombing of foreign countries. Actually that might be millions of people, not thousands. The Tories really are mass murderers in suits.

I had a dream in which I was giving my house keys to someone. I was explaining which key was for the front door, which for the storage downstairs and so on. The thing is, I saw these keys and they looked exactly like the ones I have in real life, and I have only one set, so it’s like giving away my house...

Its interesting because it is a very radical dream, and it speaks of a great trust. I’ve never had another like it.

A while back I was having trouble with very bad dreams, same theme. Thank you all and especially Kerome for your support on this and suggesting some techniques. Ihey have helped a lot. there are now perhaps a few of these dreams a month rather than every night. xx

Last night I had a dream in which I was dead, but still alive, maybe a ghost. And I had to help another man who was dead (that's when I realised I was dead too) by carrying him to another room. He was really heavy but injured or in pain (even though he was dead).
That's all I can remember about it.
There was a lot of detail at the time that I've forgotten now.

I’ve been sleeping with sleep medication for a while and so have been dreaming a lot less.

But last night I didn’t and so I had a dream. I was living near a town, it was all a little medieval, people went about in something like fancy dress. And I was making toys for kids, one I remember was a little metal wire hook on the end of a long string rolled around a winding mechanism with a round drum, like you could go fishing with it. I do remember I was poor though, I was staying in a guest house some way out of town and I didn’t have much more than the clothes on my back.

I had a long series of dreams last night which were wonderful. It was a place where people’s primary concern was athleticism, and there were picnics held outside with a group of people I knew well, and we had a game of badminton. It was all wonderfully social and pleasant, and it reminded me of Spain for some reason.

I had a strange dream last night, was away with a music group on tour and was trying to make meringues, but ended up breaking all the eggs by mistake so could only use them for omelettes. Sat down beside someone and had a discussion about meds before eating beef, which I don't eat, and he fell asleep so I couldn't check to see if it was beef I was eating.

Then we had time off before a concert and I went off on the bus to the next town, where my friend stayed, ended up getting my nails done and legs waxed, while carrying the eggs of which two were left and the others were broken. No idea what it means.
