Well think of it as a compliment anyway. Yes the main thing is getting the ideas out there to help others.

Meditation, mindfulness, quantum physics and duality Mindfulness meditation finds itself under sustained scientific criticism, could quantum physics explain why? thescienceofmeditation.org/2020/04/06/meditation-mindfulness-quantum-physics-and-duality/Experimental psychology has been the main object of The Science of Meditation project. The scientific papers featured in this blog are recent, generally published after 2010. But yesterday evening I came across a study from 1975 that addresses many of the issues which are currently limiting the research and practice of contemporary meditation. Fritjof Capra’s paper, Modern Physics and Eastern Mysticism describes the world views of Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism, comparing them with Western equivalents.1 In doing so, Capra highlights more than a dozen problems manifest in the contemporary (positivist) scientific understanding of Buddhist meditation. One of which I’m going to discuss here briefly; world views as either organic or mechanistic.

I love dancing to my worship playlist. It's therapeutic. Music in all forms is therapeutic for me, I do think it comes from a spiritual place. Can get lost in it.

I have a grunge-y alt-rock radio station I made out of Incubus radio. R n B is what I listen to when I feel very playful. It all just depends on my mood.

Good morning. I just want to apologize for losing patience with Admin before. Sorry, Admin. I will refrain from posts on spiritual topics. It is OK - you are free to post spiritual topics. Sorry to over react as well. i am personally non religious - i don't follow any specific religion / belief system. This is a problem that i need to sort out with the forum / project - as to how we can be accepting of all people, religions, faiths, belief's & none. To be all inclusive, without all the arguments / conflicts.

I try to tell people I'm a ridiculous person.
It's true.
More than simply trying to be helpful, I like to be right. It's my ego at work.
For that, I apologize as well.

I am rather unskilled in addressing certain areas and questions. Thank you for understanding.

I am not quite as good at considering the feelings of others as Blueberry is naturally.
Hopefully I can grow in this area.
Being right is not more important than you.
