The Amazing Potential of Zero-Point Energy ZPE might be the key to securing humanity’s future. medium.com/swlh/the-amazing-potential-of-zero-point-energy-dbb5a9a078dHumanity will forever be at the mercy of energy if we are to continue growing as a species. From the earliest times, we’ve harnessed fire to ward off predators and cook foods to increase our nutritional intake. This took fuel — first brush and wood, and eventually coal and oil. With the invention of more advanced chemical fuels and then the advent of atomic power, we’ve taken steps that have led us onto the doorstep of the cosmos.

Amazing universe. There are 20 trillion galaxies in the universe. The largest galaxy in the observable universe is called CI-1101. A galaxy contains between 100 billion and 100 trillion stars, and billions of planets. Our galaxy has estimated 200 to 400 billion stars. The largest galaxy in the known universe is C1-1101 has contains 100 trillion stars.

Interesting but as they say there would not be much of an upside to discovering ET's are about - a lot of panic and worry for governments to try and explain.

The U.S. Military Has Officially Published Three UFO Videos. Why Doesn't Anybody Seem to Care? www.nextgov.com/ideas/2020/05/us-military-has-officially-published-three-ufo-videos-why-doesnt-anybody-seem-care/165255/On April 27, 2020, the U.S. Department of Defense issued a public statement authorising the release of three “UFO” videos taken by US Navy pilots. The footage appears to depict airborne, heat-emitting objects with no visible wings, fuselage or exhaust, performing aerodynamically in ways that no known aircraft can achieve. The DoD doesn’t use the terms “unidentified flying object” or “UFO” but does clearly state “the aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified’.” Thoughts about what UFOs are vary widely – from illusions to alien spacecraft. However, a workable, conservative definition is: “intelligently-controlled airborne objects not apparently made by humans”. Only a small fraction of UFO reports collected globally over the past seven decades seem to describe such objects, but the Navy footage appears to fit the bill. Whether such objects are vehicles of alien invasion or not, their mere presence would seem to indicate a national security threat, which is partly what makes the Pentagon’s recent announcement so puzzling. This is the first time the Pentagon has publicly confirmed the authenticity of UFO footage. It should have been a momentous announcement, but it seems to have barely moved the needle on the UFO controversy. Why?

The Tectonic Strain Theory of UFOs Going back a few decades, one of the proposed theories to explain UFOs was "earth energy." The late Michael Persinger was one of its advocates, and he wrote literally dozens of papers on why UFOs and seismic events were related, and published them in several scientific journals. [In other words, scientific papers on UFOs have been published quite often over the years, and are nothing new.] The trouble with Persinger's Tectonic Strain Theory of UFOs (TST), as it was known, was that it took someone with a knowledge of geology and psychology, and with an interest in UFOs, to understand it. Such people were few and far between. But as luck would have it, that was exactly my expertise while doing my undergrad work at university. I even had a geology prof who was curious about UFOs and was willing to entertain discussions about the phenomenon. When started taking a close look at what Persinger was proposing, I found it seriously lacking. What he was suggesting made even less sense than assuming UFOs were alien spaceships, since it distorted geophysical principles. In fact, I managed to track down Persinger's PhD thesis advisor (who, by amazing synchronicity, was teaching at my university!), who when shown Persinger's published papers, was thoroughly appalled. In fact, he encouraged me to publish a rebuttal in the same scientific journals. And I did, becoming one of the few ufologists to publish papers about UFOs in peer-reviewed scientific journals. uforum.blogspot.com/2019/04/the-tectonic-strain-theory-of-ufos.htmldocs.google.com/document/d/1PDIVB5RqLtSzU44GtLgBq4zxvGgId0RXBMfU7xiKkrs/edit
