WHO'S THERE? TUESDAY by VICTOR TANGERMANN New Harvard Project Will Investigate Alien Technology Figuring out what UFOs are is "the job of scientists." / Off World/ Alien Civilizations/ Avi Loeb/ Exobiology futurism.com/harvard-alien-technologyA strange space object, seemingly from another star system, has mystified astronomers ever since it was first spotted back in 2017 — and Harvard astronomer Avi Loeb is hellbent on finding out what it was. To Loeb, the object — dubbed ‘Oumuamua — could be the smoking gun in a much larger scientific question. The astronomer has loudly expressed the belief that ‘Oumuamua could be evidence of an alien civilization sending a piece of its technology to visit us. To further investigate that theory, Loeb has now created a new workgroup at Harvard called the Galileo Project. The project aims to “bring the search for extraterrestrial technological signatures of Extraterrestrial Technological Civilizations (ETCs) from accidental or anecdotal observations and legends to the mainstream of transparent, validated and systematic scientific research,” according to a mission statement. Loeb also explored the theory in his recently published book “Extraterrestrial: The First Sign of Intelligent Life Beyond Earth.” The book led to several wealthy investors getting in touch, according to Science, donating a total of $1.75 million to kick the project off. The topic of alien technologies has hit a fever pitch this summer. The project was formed shortly after the Pentagon released a high profile report on “Unidentifieed Aerial Phenomena” (UAPs), detailing mysterious sightings made by military pilots over the last two decades — but failing to offer up a compelling explanation. In a Scientific American op-ed last month, Loeb explored the possible links between ‘Oumuamua and these recent UAP sightings, writing that “rather than simply wonder about possible scenarios, we should collect better scientific data and clarify the nature of UAP,” while conceding that “the possibility that any UAP are extraterrestrial is highly speculative.” In his search, Loeb wants to look for physical evidence — not just electromagnetic signals — of extraterrestrial civilizations. The astronomer told USA Today that any objects from interstellar space “that look peculiar we should follow up by sending a camera on a space rocket that gets close to them and taking a close-up photograph.” Loeb also called for a more scientific approach to investigating the Pentagon’s UAP sightings. “If we find evidence for a smarter kid on our cosmic block, it will change the way we think about our place in the universe, our relations with each other,” he told the newspaper.

The Cosmic Hoax: What's Coming? On July 4, Dr. Steven Greer released his latest documentary film - The Cosmic Hoax. In it, he presented evidence of a decades-long plan to stage an alien false flag invasion. He described multiple aspects of the plan and key figures in its implementation. He asserts that the staged event is imminent given recent developments in the mass media and US politics. What's missing in Dr Greer's analysis of a Cosmic Hoax is another kind of alien false flag event. In this Exopolitics Today podcast, Dr. Michael Salla examines The Cosmic Hoax, pointing out its strengths and shortcomings as an expose on a future alien psyop, especially when it comes to a very different kind of staged alien event - an 'Alien Rescue' or 'Salvation'. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxrMmbxvfXs

Saturday, August 07, 2021 ARE UFOS TECHNOLOGICAL OR SOME OTHER KIND OF PHENOMENA? By José Antonio Caravaca ufocon.blogspot.com/2021/08/are-ufos-technological-or-some-other.htmlTo date we have no evidence that the extraordinary and unknown capabilities and properties exhibited by the UFO phenomenon are due to the existence of an extraterrestrial technology deployed before our eyes. In fact, the evolutions of strange luminous spheres in the sky, the appearance and disappearance of humanoids, electromagnetic interference, paralysis or that some objects or entities can pass through matter, have been described in many other supernatural contexts for hundreds of years without having been thought to date to be the product of an unknown science, but rather as the manifestation of a reality that normally seems forbidden to the ordinary senses. So it is clear that the similarity of UFOs with these other strange phenomena could indicate that we have been reinterpreting, perhaps influenced by our cultural filters, a series of paradigms that since the dawn of history have been present in different human cultures and that seem to react to our presence by changing and metamorphosing their external appearance. Curiously, telepathic communications are not an exclusive resource of UFO crews either, but practically all entities that have come our way, have used this means to communicate with us. But only from the second half of the 20th century experts began to consider that the anomalous manifestations could conceal a lavish alien technology, but are we sure about this? Can we be sure that UFOs, their occupants and collateral phenomena are a consequence of the irruption of a science from other worlds on our planet? And even more taking into account that very soon the ufologists noted that, together with the manifes- tations of flying saucers and ufonauts, phenomena such as poltergeist, precognitions, strange dreams, etc., which were not unprecedented for the investigators of other heterodox subjects, were making an appearance. So, in reality, none of the UFO paradigm, except for its particular aesthetic scenography (with certain nuances), has been completely unknown to us, but obviously what has changed is the inter- pretation we have given to these apparitions. That an unexpected nocturnal visitor bursts into our bedroom has never been considered an extraterrestrial interference for scientific purposes until our civilization has contextualized these apparitions under a certain explanatory framework in line with a supposed technology that would allow extraterrestrials to go through walls to reach us. But obviously this approach ignores the fact that all kinds of entities have performed these same tasks since the dawn of history, in fields as diverse as the religious, the mystical or the philosophical. In the last seventy years thousands of people have described incredible apparitions that seemed to simulate in their appearance to be the result of an unattainable extraterres- trial science, although on the other hand, the similarity with our own evolutionary development (anthropomorphizing of the occupants) and technological development (scuba diving suits, autonomous respirators, ray guns, ladders, antennas, windows, control consoles, etc.) led many other researchers to suspect that it could be some kind of mirage or socio-cultural distortion of our own civilization raised by a phenomenon that we do not know how to decode properly. Therefore it cannot be ruled out that what we have erroneously labeled to date as close encounters with extraterrestrial beings is the product of other types of phenomena or issues related to human perception of unknown chinks in our reality or our own mental universe that sometimes assaults us outside the walls of the psychic with a rapturous force. JAC The Eighth Tower: On Ultraterrestrials and the Superspectrum By John a Keel (Author) Is there a single intelligent force behind all religious, occult, and UFO phenomena? Strange manifestations have haunted humans since prehistoric times. Beams of light, voices from the heavens, the "little people," gods and devils, ghosts and monsters, and UFOs, have all had a prominent place in our history and legends. In this dark work, John Keel explores these phenomena, and in doing so reveals the shocking truth about our present position and future destiny in the cosmic scheme of things. Are we pawns in a celestial game? In the Orient, there is a story told of the seven towers. These citadels, well hidden from mankind, are occupied by groups of Satanists who are chanting the world to ruin. Perhaps this is just a story; perhaps there is some truth behind it. But what if there is yet another tower, a tower not of good or evil but of infinite power? What if all our destinies are controlled by this cosmic force for its own mysterious purposes? And what if UFOs and other paranormal manifestations are merely tools being used to manipulate us and guide us toward the cosmic role we are fated to play? Perhaps, after all, we are not independent beings but are instead the creations and slaves of the eighth tower.

UFO’s and the Company that may be at the center of it All medium.com/@davidlandau55/ufos-and-the-company-that-may-be-at-the-center-of-it-all-b29417d5e4edThere has been a lot of talk about UFO’s lately (sometimes referred to as UAP’s). Much of the discussion has revolved around the DNI report to Congress, and it’s lack of specific information and evidence regarding what the Pentagon truly knows about UAP’s. There are two direct types of evidence that the Pentagon may have in its possession that may confirm that some UFO’s are from another intelligent civilization. These are not videos, photographs or eyetwitness accounts. But rather physical evidence. The first type of physical evidence would be materials or objects that are not from this planet. The second would be the existence of Fastwalker satellite data. Fastwalkers are high speed intelligently controlled objects detected by military defense satellites. Neither physical materials nor Fastwalkers were addressed in the report. But information may be out in the public sphere that tells us these pieces of evidence do exist, and that one company is deeply involved with both, and that company is Aerospace Corporation. There are three people who may be providing a trail of breadcrumbs about this, Lue Elizondo, Eric Davis, and Robert Fish. Lue Elizondo recently praised Eric Davis in a podcast interview. Lue is restricted by an NDA he signed while at AATIP, so he is limited in what he can say. So he may be trying to send a message for people to trust Davis and listen to and believe what he has said. Lue recently said about Davis, “I will say this, Eric Davis is super smart, almost like a savant, and he has this completely inability to lie, he can’t lie and won’t lie to anyone, because he doesn’t see the purpose in lying.” There are some skeptics who believe that Davis may have only repeated to the NY Times what DeLonge and TTSA have said to him about the existence of off-world vehicles. But I think it’s reasonable to believe that Davis was a source for The NY Times article and that Davis directly told the NY Times that he did brief the Pentagon about the retrieval of off-world vehicles and also that he worked for Aerospace Corporation. Here is a paraphrase from the article: “Davis, currently works for the defense contractor, Aerospace Corporation. In the article, Davis says that some of the materials taken from found UFOs have so far been unidentifiable. “We couldn’t make [the materials] ourselves,” Davis told the Times.” Here is another line from NY Post: “Davis, who now works for defense contractor Aerospace Corporation, said he gave briefings on the recovery of unexplained objects to staff members of the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Senate Intelligence Committee, on Oct. 21 and Oct. 23, 2019, respectively.” I think Lue is trying to tell us that this is all true. Skeptics have claimed that there is no record of Davis being an employee of Aerospace Corporation, and that is true, there is no record. But what if Davis was a consultant that acted as a liaison between Aerospace Corporation and the Pentagon? Aerospace was in charge of researching these UFO materials, and Davis had the role of updating the Pentagon on what they were discovering. So Davis was a consultant of both Aerospace Corp and the Pentagon at the same time. Just think, how would Davis know what to brief the Pentagon or Congress unless he was directly involved with the company that was studying it? He told the NY Times the company he was working for, Aerospace Corporation, and that he briefed the Pentagon. He is all but declaring his role in this. There is no company that is more tied into the USAF and space debris than Aerospace Corporation. If you were the person in the USAF in charge of handing over off-world materials to an organization for further study, you would likely reach out to an organization that specializes in the study of space debris. Because that is essentially what these UFO materials are. They are space debris. Here is a link to Aerospace’s webpage about their work with space debris: aerospace.org/cordsI could make this a much more lengthy post about Aerospace Corp and why so many clues lead towards their involvement, but just a basic search of space debris will show how important Aerospace Corp. is in this area. I believe that if there any off world materials were found, they could very well have been sent to Aerospace Corp. for further study. What has happened as a result of that study is all but public. This is from an article from this past February: “Pentagon, the USA’s Defence Department’s headquarters have admitted to testing wreckage they gathered from UFO crashes, researcher and author Anthony Bragalia has said. Bragalia had written to the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request over three years ago. Bragalia said that the DIA let out 154-page test results regarding a mysterious “memory” metal called Nitinol which can remember its original shape when folded.” So what company is at the leading edge of researching memory shaped alloys and nitinol? It is Aerospace Corporation. Here is an article about their research below. aerospace.org/article/new-alloys-improve-satellite-reliabilitySo we may be at the point where some of these off world materials are already being put to use. As for Fastwalkers and Aerospace Corp, in Robert Fish’s email to John Podesta about his experience in the early 1990’s where he was sitting in the cafeteria of a highly classified organization in El Segundo listening to people there talking about seeing a Fastwalker he said the following: “Although its now 24 years later, one factoid makes me think the USAF is still collecting information on these Fastwalkers. Reading the current official USAF “DSP Fact Sheet” there is this line near the end: In addition, researchers at The Aerospace Corporation have used DSP to develop portions of a hazard support system that will aid public safety in the future”. I think the classified organization cafeteria Fish may have been sitting in that day was at the Aerospace Corp. If you look at the details on the Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, which is where these fast walkers would likely be tracked, you will see: “In 1961, the Air Force developed a plan to consolidate its Space Systems Division and the Research and Development (R&D) Center of The Aerospace Corporation, which had been created in 1960 to support Air Force space programs. The plan involved acquisition of two pieces of real estate adjoining the R&D Center. The Aerospace Corporation acquired that site in November 1962 and built its new headquarters there between February 1963 and April 1964. Los Angeles Air Force Base is headquarters to the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), a command of the United States Space Force. SMC is responsible for research, development, acquisition, on-orbit testing and sustainment of military space systems.” So two strong pieces of evidence (off-world physical materials, and Fastwalkers) may exist to prove that UFO’s are in fact from another intelligent civilization, and the Pentagon, and specifically the USAF may have tasked one company with studying both, Aerospace Corporation. All of the information gathered here is in the public domain and my belief that Aerospace Corp is at the heart of the evidence for UFO’s is just my own opinion. It could he right, or off the mark. Perhaps a real journalist can take it from here.

The Interdimensional Hypothesis: The Leading Theory Inside the Intelligence Community 528hz.space/the-interdimensional-hypothesis-the-leading-theory-inside-the-intelligence-community-159842721007Unidentified Ariel Phenomenon has been thoroughly researched by the best minds inside and outside of the US Government. This difficult-to-access research all has a high level of agreement. This is the dominant philosophy. There is no doubt that thirteen minutes on 60 Minutes did more to legitimize the UAP debate than anything else before it. The UAP topic was placed in a credibility pressure cooker and served to the masses as the new curiosity. As encouraging as the recent turn of events is for the general search of reality, it’s unfortunate that thousands of scientists, engineers, civic officials, and other experts have been portrayed as liars and nutcases simply because they dared to open a debate on a subject that the majority of people are simply not ready to understand. This gap between philosophy and personal belief is the primary source of attacks and mockery faced by society’s greatest thinkers. We’ve relied on them to split the atom, send us to the moon, and create computer network networks that enable you to read this post. However, as soon as these geniuses begin discussing UFOs and The Phenomenon, they are doomed to anonymity. Their work mostly resides on DoD and intelligence agency archives. The majority of it scrubbed from the public domain or made difficult to access. Government departments and those concerned with creating war machines, on the other hand, study their work in secrecy. Interdimensional Hypothesis Often known as the “paraphysical theory” If you read between the lines of modern jargon from those near to AATIP, AWSAP, and other projects investigating The Phenomenon (UFOs), you’ll soon start hearing phrases like “We have to think outside the box” or “The human mind just sees things in a linear way.” If you continue to read the works of people closely associated with the DoD and intelligence services, the message becomes stronger as you go back in time. We don’t appear to be concerned with anything from another world or galaxy. In my view, the book “Operation Trojan Horse” by John A Keel does a better job of articulating what the researchers have discovered over time. Dr. Eric Davis, one of the AATIP’s leading scientists, stated that he read this book when he was eight years old. According to Jacque Vallee, a researcher who has also served as an adviser to AATIP and previous programs, unexplained flying objects (UFOs) and associated phenomena include visits from other “realities” or “dimensions” that coexist independently alongside our own. It is not always an answer to the extraterrestrial theory, since the two theories are not mutually identical, and both may be valid at the same time. According to the Interdimensional Hypothesis, UFOs are a contemporary version of a phenomenon that has existed throughout known human history and was previously attributed to mythological or supernatural beings. Keel worked full-time, seven days a week for over four years. The novel is a condensed version of the original manuscript, which was over 2000 pages long. The clarity of the research becomes obvious if you can get out of the Scientific hat for one second and see beyond the “scientific approach” through the eyes of a philosopher. They’re Watching Us In 1966, Keel amassed a set of over 10,000 news clippings (for contrast the Air Force allegedly only received 1060 reports in that same period). The author himself investigated the bulk of the cases and became convinced of their veracity. The author then dedicated his time in 1967 to sorting and categorizing the mass of information he had collected, as well as boiling it down to a clear mathematical method for the study. And a strong desire to discover any patterns or cycles that might occur. As soon as he had organized the sightings by dates, the first significant pattern became apparent. This was that the sightings tended to collect around specific days of the week. Wednesday had the greatest number of sightings, and these were usually reported between the hours of 8 to 11 PM. If the UFO activity was solely psychological, there should be more sightings on Saturday or Friday nights, as more people are outside, commuting to and from entertainment, and so on. Instead, we find that the most sightings are recorded on Wednesday, and they gradually decrease over the rest of the week. On Tuesday, the lowest number is registered. This mysterious “Wednesday phenomenon” proved to be very real and was replicated during 1967 and 1968. Keel discovers that UFOs seem to be confining their operations within political borders by closely observing the geographical positions of confirmed mass sightings that were corroborated by many individuals. As if they know exactly where Oklahoma finishes and Texas starts. If the UFOs were meteors or another celestial phenomenon, they will undoubtedly be registered in neighboring nations. Skeptics are incorrect in that cross-state sightings are not as frequent as they would like to think. Is this the work of extraterrestrial strangers on a road trip that happened to come upon an interesting blue planet? Or does it seem like the work of someone who is using our maps and calendars and therefore highly knowledgeable about us, even though we know very little about “them”? Paraphysical Games It’s possible that we’re being visited by beings from another planet, but it doesn’t have to be. For, if the materiality of UFOs is paraphysical (and therefore ordinarily intangible), UFOs could more plausibly be creations of an invisible universe coexisting with our actual Earth’s space. This explanation seems to be much more realistic than The Phenomenon arising from other worlds. Provided that actual UFOs are paraphysical, capable of reflecting light like ghosts and that they remain visible while they shift location at ultrahigh speeds from one point to another, it implies that those that remain visible in transition do not dematerialize for that fast transition, and therefore their mass must be diaphanous (very diffuse), and their substance comparatively etheric. The eyewitness accounts of The Phenomenon, from Nimitz to Ken Arnold, validate the paraphysical claim and increase the probability of The Phenomenon being produced on Earth over the likelihood of their existence on another planet. Illusion-prone ghosts abound in the astral realm of illusion. It is well-known for its diverse creative practices and exhortations. Skinwalker Ranch is the place to be. Some of these beings seem to represent principalities and powers. Others make pronouncements on religion, theology, diety, and so on. All of these astral exponents who evoke human consciousness may be genuine, but many of their theories may be framed to perpetuate a special phantasm, perhaps of a previous incarnation, or to satisfy an ardent and ongoing scientific urge for materialistic development, or merely to astonish and annoy the gullible for the sake of it. In essence, the UFO phenomena may be a mind-boggling cosmic display put on by unseen beings that have long enjoyed terrifying, disturbing, and misleading the human race. The more we stymie our own success by questioning whether reliable outlets are dealing with the confusion of balloons and seagulls, the further others will be monitoring our movements and listening for our cap points.

Bill Tompkins: Draco Aliens Helped Nazis To Destroy Humans, Nordics Helped US To Start Apollo Program By Vicky Verma July 29, 2020 0 William Tompkins (1923-2017) was one of the most secretive scientists in the United States. Tompkins first designed sea ships and then spaceships. In July 2017, at a press conference, he made an unprecedented statement. He worked for the Douglas Aircraft Company with aliens. It was 4-7 years before NASA appeared. Two years before the interview, he wrote a book about working together with an alien civilization, and it shocked the world. Journalists hunted for the engineer, demanding to talk about the role of alien intelligence in a secret space program. www.howandwhys.com/bill-tompkins/

NASA, DARPA and MIT Scientists Discuss “Otherworldly” Anti-Gravity Tech–10 Key Taking Points curiosmos.com/nasa-darpa-and-mit-scientists-discuss-otherworldly-anti-gravity-tech-10-key-taking-points/Since last November, scientists and engineers from around the world have been joining forces once every 2 weeks in online conferences discussing various ideas about anti-gravity tech. Everyone has heard the stories of secret technologies developed by the United States or Russia or various agencies around the world. Anti-gravity tech, for instance, has always been mentioned among such, especially in discussions about UFOs and the possible existence of otherworldly tech on Earth. But while the development of such technologies was once pioneered by lead scientists, nowadays, this topic has become something like a “taboo” for anyone who wants to have a perfect reputation in the community. At least, until November 2020. This was the date of the first-ever Alternative Propulsion Energy Conference (APEC), which brought together leading scientists from Harvard, NASA, DARPA, and more, in an open discussion about anti-gravity tech. Anti-Gravity Tech in the making: Everything you need to know Scientists avoid the topic As sad as it is, the majority of the global scientific community avoids this topic and believes that it should remain unexplored. Here on Curiosmos, we have discussed the problems in science on numerous occasions, and one of the main issues in modern days is reputation. Scientists fear the backlash of taking a risk and putting your head out for something that exists only in the realms of science fiction. Hidden from the spotlight Of course, just like there is a scientific community that explores the mysteries of UFOs without much exposure, scientific efforts in the field of anti-gravity tech also exist. As explained by one of the founders of APEC, it is something like an “invisible college” that included cooperation via chat rooms and email until the first-ever official conference in November 2020. Invitation When the founders of APEC decided that it is time to act, they sent out a simple private invitation to scientists and researchers from around the world who had been involved in studies in the field or chat/email communication. The list also included several hobbyists and enthusiasts without any scientific background. Scientists and engineers from NASA In the original article that describes the work done by APEC and its creators, The Debrief gave several examples of the participants that were identified by email. Out of 71 verified names, there were 16 former or current NASA employees. Universities Another 14 participants were affiliated with some of the most renowned universities in the world. Examples are Harvard, MIT, the California Institute of Technology, and many more. Conferences once every two weeks Since the first-ever Anti-Gravity Tech conference in November last year, APEC’s team has completed 22 meetings and they plan to continue forward with the same pace. The conferences continue to take place online once every two weeks with a growing rotation of experts in various fields. Non-judgmental, conflict-free community When you start a group comprised of scientists from various fields, it is normal to expect conflicts and disagreement. Yet, the creators of APEC proudly state that despite the differences, there has been no conflict in the 22 editions to date. This was also listed as one of the key goals of their work – to create a positive community that could discuss innovative ideas. Experiments Another goal set for the community is the experimental verification of new or old ideas about anti-gravity tech. Each event has a different topic related to technologies, innovations, ideas, with experts giving their opinions, results from analysis or tests, etc. Did the latest UFO frenzy affect the community? APEC organizer Tim Ventura also spoke about the influence of UFOs on the anti-gravity community. As we all know, UFOs became a thing again after the government began releasing videos and announced the UAP Pentagon Report, which was released earlier in 2021. According to Ventura, UFOs have grown to be of key importance for the conferences and one of the most-discussed topics. How can you join and watch APEC’s conferences? As far as we know, APEC’s organizational team decides who to invite to the official events. Yet, you can join their newsletter and get all the latest announcements by signing up with your email address on their website. You can also watch all previous conferences on YouTube or again on the official website. Join the discussion and participate in awesome giveaways in our mobile Telegram group.
