Powerful Detox Drink; cures colds -
Fresh sage leaves (dried sage can be used as well but fresh is better). Unwaxed organic lemons. Ginger root. Optional – organic garlic.
Be generous with the ingredients – finely chop the sage – cut squeeze the lemons & use the skins as well – finely chop the ginger root – finely chop the garlic – infuse with boiled water for 10 minutes in a cafetiere (coffee pot) – or a pan with lid, stir occasionally – drink hot with organic honey.
